Job summary

Martı, Istanbul-based in-house legal team, seeks a Legal Counsel to handle international matters with a focus on U.S.-related corporate and securities work. You will draft, review and negotiate agreements, prepare governance materials, and collaborate with external counsel in a fast-paced mobility tech environment.

The role requires excellent English drafting skills, strong legal analysis and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar admission in Türkiye.
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience at a reputable law firm or in-house department.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law, international transactions or capital markets.
• Excellent command of English, including drafting and communications with international counsel.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S.-related corporate and securities matters with coordination from U.S. counsel.
• Coordinate with international law firms and manage correspondence and deadlines.
• Prepare and review board and committee materials, corporate resolutions and governance documentation.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in English and Turkish.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise memoranda for senior management.
• Support financing transactions and due diligence processes for strategic projects.
• Work with finance, IR and other teams to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.
• Support broader corporate, commercial and regulatory work of the department.
