Responsibilities

• Translate Global and Area E&C strategy into a risk-based Cluster plan.
• Advise leadership on risk-based, ethical decisions and governance.
• Lead and develop Country E&C Business Partners across the cluster.
• Own home LOC E&C programme execution, including risk assessment and controls.
• Oversee monitoring, investigations support and remediation.
• Promote integrity and continuous improvement.
