Job summary

Türk Tuborg in İzmir invites a seasoned legal professional to join our team as Counsel. You will provide legal consultancy to the company and subsidiaries, draft and negotiate contracts, and prepare reports on regulatory changes affecting our operations.

You will monitor laws, translate complex requirements into actionable guidance, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, quality, and timely decisions. Fluency in English and the ability to manage deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a multinational company.
Proven ability and extensive experience in handling legal and regulatory compliance matters, including Commercial Law, Data Protection Law, Intellectual Property Law, food legislation, and sector-specific regulatory requirements.
Skilled in managing cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional legal issues
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Demonstrated commercial understanding and sound judgment in legal risk assessment
Effective oral and written communication skills, with a strong inclination toward teamwork
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications
No travel restrictions
Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir

Responsibilities

Provide legal consultancy to the company and its subsidiaries on various legal matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts
Conduct legal research and prepare reports
Monitor legislative changes and assess their legal implications, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders
