Job summary

Nobel İlaç is seeking a seasoned Indirect Procurement Leader to plan, manage, and optimize non-production sourcing across material and services categories in Türkiye. The role emphasizes strategic supplier management, cost reduction, and CAPEX coordination with technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in indirect procurement, solid SAP and MS Office skills, and proven team leadership across diverse categories including IT, facilities, lab equipment, and professional services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 8 years in indirect procurement, with 3+ years in team leadership.
Experience across multiple indirect categories and CAPEX procurement.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and develop all indirect procurement activities to meet objectives.
Develop and implement indirect procurement strategies and processes.
Oversee end-to-end supplier sourcing, RFQ, tendering and contracting.
Monitor supplier performance and drive cost reductions.
Coordinate CAPEX procurement with technical teams and functions.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Lead and develop the procurement team and track performance.
