Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of international procurement experience in energy projects.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, logistics and supplier management.
• Strong planning and communication skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Review approved purchase requisitions and consolidate procurement requirements to optimize purchasing processes.
• Ensure procurement of materials and services under the most suitable technical and commercial conditions.
• Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and evaluate proposals based on specs, terms, and delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers and expand the local supplier network.
• Analyze supplier quotations for price, scope, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and monitor procurement workflows and approvals.
• Coordinate contract-related procurement with Contract Management Department.
• Ensure accurate receipt and system entry of purchased materials and verify records.
• Monitor end-to-end procurement process from order to shipment readiness.
• Develop new suppliers and manage supplier relationships; track KPIs.
