Job summary

Küçükoğlu Holding, founded in 1985, is seeking a Project Purchasing Specialist to join its growing team in Bursa, Turkey. You will plan and execute project-based purchasing, manage RFQs, supplier evaluation, and contract processes within SAP S/4HANA MM/SD, while driving cost analyses and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduating from Engineering faculties (Mechanical, Materials & Metallurgy, Mechatronics, Automotive or Industrial Engineering)
• Having at least 5 years of experience in project-based purchasing processes
• Having hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM and SD modules and managing related processes
• Being experienced in supplier management, contract preparation, and price negotiation processes
• Having knowledge and practical experience in cost analysis and budget optimization
• Being able to perform data-driven reporting with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Having experience in project tracking and KPI management
• Being familiar with continuous improvement and process optimization culture
• Having a risk management mindset and being able to take proactive actions in project processes
• Having strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
• Being highly competent in teamwork and stakeholder management
• Having advanced English proficiency and being able to use technical terminology effectively

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing project-based purchasing processes and ensuring coordination with related departments
• Managing RFQ and price research processes and sharing outputs with sales and project teams
• Conducting supplier selection and evaluation processes, identifying suitable suppliers, and coordinating order processes
• Preparing purchasing contracts, following approval processes, and ensuring contract compliance
• Performing project cost analyses, identifying cost reduction actions, and ensuring follow-up of implementations
• Managing process records in SAP S/4HANA system and ensuring data accuracy
• Monitoring project cash flow, coordinating with the finance department, and reporting accordingly
• Tracking departmental KPIs, developing action plans, and reporting results
• Identifying potential risks and disruptions in processes in advance and implementing solution proposals
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in purchasing processes and supporting process optimization
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation and reporting standards in project-based purchasing processes
