Job summary

Kordsa is seeking a Communications Specialist to reinforce our Brand and Corporate Communication Team. The role focuses on shaping strategic brand messages, supporting CEO communications, and guiding CSR initiatives to reflect our sustainability values.

You will coordinate with business units, manage social channels, and collaborate with agencies to deliver impactful communications that align with global standards and local needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably global.
• Fluent in English with advanced written and verbal skills.
• Translate business strategies into clear, consistent messages.
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop innovative communications solutions.
• Experience in executive and CEO communications.
• Experience in crisis communication processes.
• Proven content creation experience (press releases, speeches, thought leadership).
• Experience managing CSR communications aligned with sustainability and values.
• Experience working with agencies and external partners.
• Familiar with digital strategies, social media, content calendar management, and media monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

• Define and implement communication strategies for the Kordsa brand in alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to development and execution of brand strategy to enhance market visibility.
• Collaborate with business units to plan and execute brand communication initiatives.
• Coordinate and support CEO and executive communications.
• Support investor relations communications with relevant teams.
• Take an active role in crisis and issue communication processes.
• Manage social media communications to increase audience engagement.
• Execute CSR projects and develop partnerships aligned with company values.
