Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Political Science, International/Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, social sciences.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Communicates fluently in English, both in writing and speaking, in professional contexts.
• Strong writing skills with ability to draft press releases, articles, and content.
• Skilled in developing well-structured PowerPoint presentations for different audiences.
• Delivers key messages to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Demonstrates urgency and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Understands national media landscape and communication channels.
• Experience organizing events such as press briefings and corporate gatherings.
• Manages projects with proper planning and tracking.
• Builds strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Works with parent companies Anadolu Group and The Coca-Cola Company.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual communication plans to support reputation management across the geography.
• Develops internal and external platforms aligned with corporate strategies; coordinates group communications.
• Defines crisis messaging and leads stakeholder communication per crisis framework.
• Prepares corporate communication materials; organizes press events, media engagements, and sponsorships.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Supports leadership with talking points, messages, and leadership communications.
• Implements and enforces branding standards and visual identity; guides logo usage.
• Plans and delivers corporate events aligned with brand and communication goals.
