You will drive talent management, recruitment, organizational development, and change initiatives while fostering a positive culture across global teams. Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, performance improvement, and employee relations to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to engage effectively with leaders at all levels.
• Proven capability to drive organizational initiatives and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for designated business units, understanding needs and delivering strategic HR solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with leaders to forecast workforce requirements and talent development.
• Support restructuring, workforce planning and performance improvement initiatives to optimize teams.
• Advise on employee relations to maintain a positive, inclusive and compliant environment while boosting engagement.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align unit needs with overall HR strategy and company goals.
• Lead or participate in HR projects to enhance organizational capabilities.
