Job summary

TEB is seeking an experienced HR professional to shape our Human Resources strategy and drive next-generation initiatives across Employee Experience, People Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.

You will turn data into insights, follow global trends, explore AI in HR, and translate ideas into tangible projects, reporting to Senior Manager. This role uses a hybrid work model: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in HR strategy, People Analytics, or similar.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization/dashboards.
• Interest in HR Tech, AI in HR, and digital transformation.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong English communication with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR strategy development aligned with bank priorities.
• Translate priorities into actions, projects, and measurable objectives.
• Enhance HR reporting and metrics; analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Stay updated on HR trends, AI, and digital tech; identify AI use cases.
• Design initiatives to improve employee experience using data feedback.
• Coordinate global HR projects and adapt practices locally.
• Build partnerships between HR and business functions on cross-functional programs.
