The role spans end-to-end HR activities from talent acquisition to development, with a focus on organizational design, change management, and building strong leadership relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3–4 years in HR with OD experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field from reputable universities.
• 3-4 years of HR experience, with emphasis on Organizational Development.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• High accuracy, ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Team player, results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Flexible working hours and no travel restrictions.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Responsibilities

• Active role in all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and organizational development projects.
• Contributing to design and implementation of HR transformation and change management projects.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Building strong relationships and trust with leaders and employees to foster a positive working environment.
• Providing HR guidance and support to all employees.
• Carrying out job analysis and generating job definitions, especially for strategic and key positions.
• Managing full recruitment processes from graduates to management levels.
• Generating the yearly training plan and scheduling internal and external training programs accordingly.
