Job summary

Hugent Hizmet ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti is seeking an HR Manager to lead the plant's HR function, including recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, and talent development. You will collaborate with multiple departments and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The role emphasizes strategic HR leadership, reporting to the HR Director, and building a robust compensation and benefits program to attract and retain top talent in a multinational production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or social fields, HR management or related field, and Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced level of English is required.
• Experience in SAP or related ERP programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant's human resources management, including recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, talent management, organizational development, employer branding, weekly and monthly reports, KPI follow up.
• Being in coordination with functions and performing all necessary tasks in accordance with related laws and company employee regulations.
• Maintain HR HQ policies across offices and plants of existing countries and prepare preliminary research analyses for future countries.
• Prepare HR reports and analysis.
• Strategic HR management to the Board of Directors in all HR matters related to business strategy and overall organizational growth.
• Establishes and implements a comprehensive and standardized HR plan that effectively communicates and supports company's mission, culture and strategic vision.
• Builds and leads a world-class talent management function, including recruiting, onboarding and training and development.
• Effectively structures compensation and benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Creates and administers policies and procedures ensuring compliant and efficient workforce management.
• Managing and improving compensation and benefits process.
