İş Tanımı

Our multinational business partner which operates in automotive sector is looking for a “Human Resources Specialist”.

• To carry out the recruitment processes in coordination with the relevant departments
• Creation of personnel files
• Using necessary systems in recruitment and dismissal processes
• Managing the orientation processes of newly recruited employees
• Participate in global meetings
• Ensuring the operation of the personnel attendance control system
• Executing social activity and communication activities
• Making training organizations and completing relevant records
• Preparing for audit processes,(IATF,ISO,Global)
• To support the management of industrial relations
• Taking an active role in projects within the Human Resources body

İş Gereklilikleri

• University graduate in related fields,(Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Psychology, Industrial Engineering)
• Experienced in management of blue-collar recruitment processes
• Up to 2 years of experience in HR Services in a global company
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is required)
• Having proficiency in English at least intermediate level (both verbal and written)
