Job summary

AXA Türkiye is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive talent management, performance, and organizational development across business units. You will advise leaders, strengthen employee experience, and lead change initiatives to support AXA’s goals.

You will partner with HR experts to deliver integrated people solutions, foster engagement, and ensure governance in a dynamic environment. Strong English and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldrequired.
• 5+ years experience in Human Resources.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations and organizational development.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Ability to lead change in a dynamic environment.
• English proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR solutions that support business unit objectives.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders on performance management, OD, employee experience and talent management initiatives.
• Foster bonding HR approach by building strong relationships and improving engagement and belonging.
• Drive meaningful employee interactions through regular check-ins and feedback conversations.
• Support workforce planning, organization design, succession planning and career development.
• Analyze engagement, talent and organizational data and translate insights into actions.
• Manage employee relations and performance matters per policies and regulations.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to transformation, culture and change management initiatives.
