Page Executive is seeking a Strategic Planning & Business Development Director to shape long-term growth and report to executive leadership. The role involves leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, evaluating new opportunities, and coordinating investor communications within a publicly listed real estate group.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, 10+ years of related experience, and a track record in governance, market analysis, and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline; a Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic planning, business development, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation methodologies, investment analysis, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience with publicly listed companies, capital markets regulations, and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record in evaluating and executing growth initiatives, investments, partnerships, or M&A.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of mid- and long-term strategic plans.
• Monitor market, industry, and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate strategic planning processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic feasibility analyses for investments.
• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and capital markets stakeholders.
• Oversee investor communications, earnings presentations, and roadshow activities.
