Job summary

Insider One is seeking a Head of Finance to shape our financial strategy and support critical business decisions. You will combine strong financial expertise with strategic thinking to turn complex data into actionable insights, guide investor communications, and drive our next growth stage.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, partner with the CFO and executive team, and grow the FP&A function to become a strategic partner across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in finance with financial statements, accounting principles, financial analysis, and modeling.
• Experience at a Big Four firm in audit, deals, valuation, or due diligence. Banking/M&A advisory experience also considered.
• At least 2 years in a startup/scale-up/technology company after consulting/advisory work.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and evaluating business performance.
• Experience preparing investor presentations, board decks, or executive-level financial reports.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate numbers into business implications.
• Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external auditors to ensure accurate, timely audit processes.
• Deliver clear, data-backed reporting to investors and the board.
• Identify risks and opportunities in financial performance and drive corrective actions.
• Design and implement scalable reporting tools and dashboards for cross-functional visibility.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team to become strategic business partners.
• Support CFO and executive team with M&A assessments, scenario modeling, and capital planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to provide a comprehensive financial view.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Prepare investor analyses and board decks with clear financial narratives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate performance and strategic initiatives.
• Support decision-making via scenario analysis and opportunity evaluation.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial information.
