Job summary

Hilton Istanbul is seeking an Account Manager for Government & Diplomatic Relations to lead the hotel’s client engagements, win new business, and drive total revenue from rooms, catering, and F&B. You will manage government and diplomatic accounts, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with other departments to deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Hospitality or Business, proven revenue performance, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ, Market Planner Survey).
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients for group rooms, meeting space, and F&B services.
• Drive new business opportunities through inquiries, outreach, and proactive sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle: site visits, proposals, rate determinations, contract negotiations, and service of accounts.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and room-night goals while adapting to market conditions.
• Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and improve conversion and competitiveness.
• Coordinate across departments to fulfill contracted services and uphold client satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor team members to foster a positive, productive work environment.
