Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking a Financial Planning & Control Specialist to join our Finance team in Turkey. You will lead planning, budgeting, reporting and performance analysis.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver management reports, analyze profitability, monitor variances and drive reporting improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years FP&A/controlling, advanced Excel, strong English, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years FP&A, financial controlling, budgeting, or financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze management reports, financial performance indicators, and periodic financial reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance management reporting tools and improve reporting capabilities.
• Support the integration, optimization, and continuous improvement of reporting systems to ensure accurate, timely information for management and shareholders.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate pricing strategies, challenge commercial assumptions, and assess campaign profitability.
• Perform financial evaluations and profitability analyses for new initiatives and strategic projects.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances against forecasts, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analyze product profitability, cost of risk, and the financial impact of early repayments.
• Conduct financial, statistical, and business performance analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting methodologies, and internal controls.
