• Experience working with Boards of Directors and executive leadership on strategic decisions.

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join one of Türkiye's leading multi-site healthcare organizations. The successful candidate will lead the Company's financial strategy, strengthen corporate financial management, and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company's financial strategy in line with its long-term business objectives and lead all corporate finance functions.
• Provide the Board of Directors and senior management with financial analysis, executive reporting, and strategic decision support.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise performance management processes.
• Oversee the hospital revenue cycle, including SGK reimbursements, private health insurance, contracted institutions, and other revenue streams.
• Drive branch-level profitability, hospital P&L management, service-line performance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financing activities.
• Ensure full compliance with Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations, independent audits, tax audits, and all statutory financial requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, enterprise risk management, and corporate financial governance practices.
• Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A), feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and project finance initiatives.
• Partner closely with Operations, Medical Management, Patient Services, and Contracted Institutions teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or a relevant master's degree is preferred.
• Significant senior leadership experience in finance, preferably within the private healthcare or hospital sector.
• Proven experience managing finance operations across multi-site or geographically dispersed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations, capital markets, independent audits, tax audits, and financial compliance.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• In-depth understanding of hospital revenue cycle management, including SGK, private health insurance, physician compensation models, and healthcare finance.
• Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, financial analysis, and performance management.
