Job summary

Obilet is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join our team in Türkiye. You will process, validate, and reconcile monthly financial data from the Finance team and design control mechanisms to ensure accuracy.

You will prepare executive analyses, incorporate results into budgeting models, and support strategic decisions with scenario analyses for senior management. Strong Turkish and English, a degree in a relevant field, and 3-4 years in FP&A are required; hybrid work is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3-4 years in strategy, management consulting, audit, or related area.
• FP&A experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership.
• Excellent Turkish and English writing and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and reconcile monthly financial data from Finance.
• Design and implement control mechanisms for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify data integrity in group systems and respond to reporting requests.
• Provide timely responses to shareholder inquiries.
• Prepare executive analyses, financial projections, and presentations.
• Incorporate monthly results into budgeting and forecasting models.
• Enhance budgeting models and develop LTBP with scenario analyses.
• Analyze data to evaluate performance and provide insights.
• Create data tables and materials for quarterly Board presentations.
• Monitor KPI data and ensure timely data entry.
