Job summary

Fever is seeking a driven Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of large-scale live events, coordinating with event organizers and internal teams. The role blends project management and operations, requiring stellar organization, multilingual communication (English and Turkish), and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

You’ll engage with product and engineering teams to translate requirements, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery across global events with occasional on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and curious, able to manage multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of large events from contract signing to post-event close.
• Be the primary point of contact among all stakeholders from event organizers to internal teams.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional tasks across departments to meet timelines.
• Communicate product needs and process requirements to HQ and work with product/engineering to deliver changes.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for user support and ensure documentation for project goals.
