Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Credit Control & Pricing Manager in Şişli, Istanbul to manage credit limits, risk, and pricing validation for Organized Trade customers. You will help ensure healthy cash flow and solid governance with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Planning, IT, and Legal.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in related fields in Finance.
• Experience in people management/team leadership.
• Strong English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage credit processes to support liquidity, timely collections, and year-end targets by controlling payment cycles and follow-up.
• Oversee customer credit limits, risk monitoring, and collateral management to minimize collection risk while ensuring delivery continuity.
• Guide teams in creating new customer master data in line with PepsiCo procedures and Turkish regulations.
• Coordinate legal follow-ups for customers transferred to legal status with Legal and external consultants/lawyers.
• Validate Organized Trade campaigns and pricing definitions, ensuring approvals and accurate reflection in systems.
• Lead the monthly closing agenda, ensuring Oracle Net Revenue lines flow into planning tools and complete reconciliations.
• Act as key contact for 3rd party service providers; back-up Sr. Credit & Pricing Manager during critical periods.
• Support Master Data projects as needed.
