Job summary

PepsiCo in Turkey is seeking a Credit Control & Pricing Manager to manage credit limits, risk, and pricing validation for Organized Trade customers, ensuring healthy cash flow, governance and accurate Net Revenue closing. This individual contributor role also provides back-up support to the Senior Pricing Manager across sales channels and projects, with no people management responsibilities.

You will lead monthly closing, monitor KPI, and coordinate with Legal and external consultants to ensure

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years in finance roles, with process ownership.
• Experience in people management or leading daily operations is a plus.
• Strong Excel and accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit processes to support liquidity and timely collections.
• Oversee customer credit limits, risk monitoring, and collateral management.
• Guide teams in creating new customer master data per procedures and Turkish law.
• Coordinate legal follow-ups with Legal and external consultants.
• Validate Organized Trade campaigns and pricing definitions with approvals.
• Lead monthly closing and reconcile Net Revenue with planning tool.
• Act as key contact for 3rd party providers and back-up for Sr. Credit & Pricing Manager.
