Job summary

PepsiCo in Turkey invites an experienced finance executive to lead tax and regulatory compliance. You will oversee VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax cycles, partnered with ERP, Legal, IT and Sales to align processes with Turkish accounting standards.

This role requires a decadeplus in finance, strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and a proven ability to implement internal controls and drive process improvements across the tax function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance with strong accounting and tax knowledge.
• SMMM certification preferred (or CPA/ACA).
• University degree in finance, business, econ, industrial eng or MBA.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Review monthly tax filings and VAT processes.
• Lead tax cycle coordination with ERP, finance, IT, legal and sales.
• Ensure internal controls for tax processes and statutory reporting.
• Support month-end closing and tax reporting.
• Oversee COSO(SoX) processes.
