Job summary

LC Waikiki in Turkey is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to lead publicity strategies and protect the brand’s reputation across traditional media, digital PR and influencer channels.

You will coordinate PR agencies, plan press trips and events, manage crisis communications, and develop internal and employer-brand communications with a proactive, creative mindset and strong English skills.

The role suits someone who loves fashion and has experience shaping corporate narratives.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism or public affairs or in relevant fields
• Need to be proactive with a strong internal drive
• Energetic, always positive, creative, a good story teller and able to take initiatives
• Enjoy working independently or as part of a team
• At least 5 years of experience of communication projects including press events and marketing activities, sponsorships, crisis communication, social responsibility
• Excellent communication, proof-reading and writing skills (ability to create editorial content is a must)
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must
• Knowledge in all aspects of digital and social media communication, influencer marketing
• Excellent project leading skills
• Interested in fashion and travelling
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A well organized and detail oriented person with an ability to multi-task
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Critical thinking and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Publicity and reputation, building communications strategy and implementing the strategic plan that aligns with the brand’s business objectives and company culture
• Ensuring positive development of LC Waikiki brand image through traditional media, digital PR and influencer marketing.
• Responsible for press trips, fashion blogger events, press conferences, store opening events
• Sponsorships & corporate social responsibility projects from decision making to planning and execution stages
• Responsible for crisis communications
• Coordinate PR agencies in Turkey
• Internal communication activities
• Responsible for employer brand perception communication
• Responsible for digital corporate magazine
