Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Relationship Assistant Manager to support Relationship Managers in servicing corporate customers and building client relationships. The role involves risk analysis, credit proposals, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely loan execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in corporate banking, strong financial analysis, and excellent English and Turkish communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; master's preferred.
5–8 years in corporate banking or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking, credits and financial products.
Excellent English and Turkish; strong report writing skills.
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across cultures.

Responsibilities

Assist Relationship Managers in servicing corporate customers.
Build relationships and network with existing and prospective clients.
Support risk analysis on corporate clients and daily tasks.
Prepare credit proposals, loan documentation and reviews.
Coordinate loan implementation with Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders.
Ensure all legal documents and collaterals are in place before credit utilization.
Monitor financial information on clients and market events.
Assist with account opening documents and KYC processes.
Ensure regulatory and bank policy compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned by department heads.
