Job summary

Standard Chartered in Türkiye is seeking a banking professional to strengthen the Corporate Banking Türkiye Coverage team. This role combines relationship management support, client management and analytical responsibilities to service our client portfolio with focus on timely, high-quality delivery.

You will bridge CCIB and Client Management, implement the Client Management model in-country, lead process improvements, and leverage technology to enhance client experiences while upholding risk

Qualifications

• Client due diligence and KYC knowledge required.
• Experience with corporate banking products and client management.
• Strong presentation and report preparation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive client account management and maintain client service health.
• Support GAMs and regional managers to grow revenue and client delivery.
• Collaborate with Credit and Product teams to meet client requirements.
• Implement a consistent Client Management model across the country.
• Identify process improvements and adopt digital tools for efficiency.
• Maintain risk controls and respond to regulatory/audit requests.
