Türkiye Finans is a leading Turkish participation bank focused on sustainable, profitable growth with strong digital initiatives. The role involves evaluating corporate loan credit requests, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and actively monitoring portfolios to mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in credit analysis/underwriting, knowledge of corporate lending, and fluent English to navigate regulatory and market developments.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in credit analysis/underwriting for corporate loans.
• Understanding of regulatory issues in credit processes is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate credit requests related to corporate loans and ensure approvals follow policy.
• Ensure credit process and decisions comply with Commercial Credit Policy criteria.
• Monitor portfolio and delinquent accounts; manage restructuring of non-performing loans.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years university degree,
• At least 6 years of experience in credit analysis/underwriting process,
• Having experience for Corporate loans is considered as an asset.
• Understanding the economic conditions of the sectors and the market and having the competency to estimate & measure the effects of social, political, and economic developments on the quality of the credit portfolio,
• Ability to make that detail risk assessment that contribute to the final decision,
• Knowledge of regulatory issues in credit process,
• Being fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

• To evaluate the credit requests which are related to Corporate loans to ensure that the credit requests are evaluated by relevant credit approval authorities,
• To ensure that credit process and decisions are in comply with the criteria, which is determined by Commercial Credit Policy,
• To manage and monitor that the section portfolio and delinquent accounts are monitored and followed up closely,
• To coordinate identification, classification and management of problematic Credits,
• To coordinate restructuring of problematic loans to reduce Non-Performing Loans and provisions
