Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in finance/treasury with strong Excel and English proficiency, and a track record of meticulous process management and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, treasury, banking operations, or related field.
• Directly managing credit and financing negotiations with banks; evaluating credit terms.
• Experience in international banking transactions and letters of guarantee.
• Fluent in English with ability to conduct meetings with international banks.
• Advanced MS Excel for cash flow projections and financial tracking.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with domestic and international banks; negotiate credit facilities and terms.
• Evaluate financing alternatives aligned with funding needs; oversee credit applications, limits, utilization and repayment.
• Oversee international banking operations, transfers, and FX transactions.
• Monitor cash flow daily/weekly/monthly; update collection and payment schedules; foresee financing needs.
• Coordinate issuance/extension/return/closure of domestic and international letters of guarantee.
• Monitor limits, maturities, rates, and costs; optimize banking facility usage.
• Prepare cash flow, credit, and guarantee tracking reports and brief management regularly.
• Coordinate information requests from banks with Accounting and relevant departments.
