Domino's Turkey is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead the development and execution of C&B strategies. You will oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, and prepare C&B reports while collaborating with HR partners and operations teams to ensure data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4+ years of experience, strong Excel and SAP HR skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical ability.
• Good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP HR.
• Specialist know how in compensation & benefits principles.
• Proactive, energetic, positive, results oriented.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other fringe benefits.
• Creating C&B reports.
• Works closely with HR partners/ Operation Teams to consolidate and validate the data.
• Advises and guides other members of HR team on C&B topics.
• Assists developing and applying HR policies and practices.
• Preparing and reporting for Internal Audit.
• Preparing headcount budget & following up.
