Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the People & Culture team of an international organization. You will work with data to turn insights into meaningful contributions to people processes.

You will support compensation and variable pay processes, analyze data and prepare reports, and help monitor market trends to inform total rewards practices. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR reporting or a related analytical HR role.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate findings into clear insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good command of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation and variable pay processes, including calculation and data validation, while coordinating with payroll operations.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data and prepare relevant reports.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark data to support total rewards practices.
• Support the development and tracking of HR metrics and prepare analyses for management.
• Prepare monthly, annual and ad hoc HR reports.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual personnel budgets and monitor actual costs against budget.
• Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and Regional People & Culture Managers.
• Support HR digitalization initiatives and HRIS projects, including data validation and reporting activities.
