Job summary

Domino's Turkey is seeking a senior Finance Controller to lead data collection, analysis and reporting that drives cost reductions and profitability. You will own controllership, planning, forecasting and cross-department coordination to ensure timely, accurate data for strategic decisions.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in finance, strong cost accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Excel, BI tools and SAP. English fluency and experience with system transitions are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
• At least 7 years of work experience in finance.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and IAS/IFRS rules.
• Proficient in MS Excel and BI tools; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities for complex analyses.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work in a team.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in system transition projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and manage data to generate reports that drive cost reduction.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop improvement plans with new metrics.
• Develop and implement policies to improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Oversee weekly and monthly financial controllership, planning, forecasting and reporting models.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely, accurate decision data.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Finance Department aligned with goals.
