Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a seasoned account-management professional to take over an existing portfolio of clients. You will audit accounts, advise on growth strategies, and coach clients through offer framing, lead generation, and funnel optimization using AI tools.

Autonomy and strategic impact are core aspects of the role. You will collaborate with onboarding, deliverables, and office-hours teams to ensure seamless execution, retention, and expansion while handling difficult conversations

Qualifications

Native or near-native English fluency is required for client-facing work.
Experience as a CSM, account manager, or business consultant engaging clients directly.
Understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and outreach channels.
Ability to coach clients on growth strategies and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Audit and manage a book of established client relationships.
Advise on offer framing, funnel optimization, and fulfillment strategies.
Coach clients on closing deals and accelerating growth with AI tools.
Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with onboarding and delivery teams.
Document interactions and outcomes to keep accounts transparent.
