AI Acquisition is a bootstrapped, founder-led business helping founders and operators scale with AI, combining a sales and delivery engine, one-to-one consultation, and our own SaaS platforms. We move fast, we build constantly, and we hold a high bar for the people who work directly with our clients.

We currently manage thousands of active clients across multiple products, with 250+ new clients onboarding every month. The Account Management function is the front line of that relationship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing account management, CSM, or business consulting role responsible for client outcomes
• Advised business owners on starting/growing/scaling a business
• Understand mechanics of B2B lead generation (Meta ads, cold emails, funnels) and diagnose conversions
• Read and explain client contracts and payment flows accurately under pressure
• Calm under pressure, handle difficult conversations, and propose fixes when issues arise
• Experience in startup/agency environments with fast-moving, ambiguous contexts
• Proficient with AI tools and capable of testing new tools without prompting

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of active clients across onboarding, growth, scale, and at-risk stages
• Run growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check-ins; set the rhythm with the client
• Manage client expectations and reset when needed without overpromising
• Diagnose why a client isn't getting results and advise on the right corrective actions
• Understand the client’s contract, ensure alignment with payment flows, and provide precise answers
• Log every client interaction and next step in Athena and Slack
• Collaborate with CS, delivery, and onboarding teams to avoid gaps
