Qualifications

• University Degree or higher; Master’s preferred.
• Proven 8–12 years of client-focused activity and banking operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client portfolio to understand operating procedures and needs in delivering Citi products.
• Partner with Sales and Coverage to expand revenue and cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive revenue realization and monitor turnover, ensuring client satisfaction across global network.
• Coordinate with Operations to update client accounts and product structures and ensure AML compliance.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and coordinate with Product Specialists on complex issues.
• Prepare periodic revenue analyses and forecasts for account profitability.
