Aufgaben

• Interface with a portfolio of Clients to understand operating procedures and needs.
• Drive revenue realization through cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
• Oversee implementation to ramp up revenue and monitor revenues for retention.
• Act as client advocate across Citi's network of +100 countries, coordinating cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver Relationship Reviews in collaboration with Sales Specialists and Operations.
