Job summary

MBCOM VMware Division seeks a Channel Manager to drive channel strategy and recruit partners for market share growth. You will oversee account profiles, manage the sales cycle end-to-end from quotation to collection, and monitor credit and payments to support revenue and profitability.

You will lead partner relations, conduct market research, and coordinate with marketing on channel programs while using Salesforce CRM for output efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of channel management experience with Data Center technology products.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap for the assigned service/product.
• Lead partner relations in line with management and strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels to expand sales in the territory.
• Build and maintain a channel/customer database and analyze data for loyalty and opportunities.
• Specify market requirements for services/products via market research and visits to customers.
