Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven client service management experience with cross‑vendor coordination.
• Experience delivering ongoing solutions and managing client accounts.
• Track record of developing account plans, KPIs, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement and manage internal resources and external suppliers.
• Own and resolve issues, quality concerns or corrective actions for clients.
• Develop and mentor the client services team through appraisals and training.
• Develop effective account growth strategies and manage opportunities and financial performance.
• Produce regular MI and risk management plans; maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Handle contract reviews and renewals; oversee procurement and bid activities.
