You will manage performance, nurture talent, and shape annual development plans while ensuring high client satisfaction and operational excellence across all work streams.

Qualifications

• Extensive client service management experience across multiple vendors and client sites.
• Experience delivering ongoing solutions and nurturing client accounts for growth.
• Proven track record in account planning, KPIs, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client satisfaction through liaison with client, internal teams and suppliers.
• Own and resolve issues, drive quality improvements and influence strategy.
• Develop team through appraisals, mentoring and training.
• Develop account growth strategies and manage financial performance.
• Produce regular MI, account plans and risk management.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and lead contract renewals.
• Oversee procurement, bids and tender activities.
