Job summary

HH Global, a global leader in responsible marketing activation, is seeking an Account Director in Istanbul for a blended role with office, client site, and home-based work. You will lead client engagements, manage a team, and drive strategic growth while ensuring delivery against SLAs and budgets.

You will oversee account planning, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement and operations to maximise client value and retention.

Qualifications

• Exceptional client service and relationship management across multiple vendors.
• Proven track record in account planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic leadership.
• Strong people management skills with performance coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client satisfaction and manage client engagement teams.
• Own issues, quality concerns and corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Develop growth strategies and yearly development plans for the account.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and contract renewal processes.
• Provide regular MI, risk identification and management for the account.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure timely deliveries.
