Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks an Account Director to lead client accounts, fostering strong relationships and delivering solutions on time and within financial targets. You will coordinate across client sites, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires in-depth client service experience, strategic account leadership, and proven P&L/Budget management. Hybrid work with on-site Istanbul involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven client service management experience with multi-vendor oversight.
• Experience in service categories like POS materials, merchandise, and print would be beneficial.
• Track record of account planning, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting and strategic leadership.
• Strong people management including performance reviews and coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead client satisfaction through liaison and management of internal resource departments, client-engagement teams and external suppliers.
• Own and resolve issues, quality concerns or corrective actions and influence client thinking to deliver outstanding results.
• Manage the ongoing development of team members through appraisals, one-to-one meetings, mentoring and training.
• Develop effective account growth strategies and manage opportunities, budgets, and yearly development plans.
• Regular MI reporting, account relationship plans, risk identification and management.
• Relationship management with all key stakeholders across client and vendor sides.
• Contract review and renewal to protect client and company interests.
• Procurement and bid/tender activities to secure services and fulfil client needs.
