Job summary

Teknosa, a Sabancı Holding company, invites you to join its analytics team to drive performance insights and planning. You will analyze commercial, operational and financial data, prepare KPI reports and presentations, and support decision making across functions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least four years in business analysis or finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint, English proficiency, and Power BI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, planning, or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business performance and key KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to turn data analyses into clear outputs.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or similar industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial, operational and financial performance and identify trends and drivers.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc business analyses, KPI reports and management presentations.
• Support monitoring of KPIs, targets and strategic initiatives.
• Support strategic planning and business planning activities through data analysis and research.
• Prepare basic business cases and scenario analyses for selected projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with different functions to collect, analyze and consolidate information for management decision-making.
