Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant multi-disciplinary field.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience in strategy, business analysis, management consulting, or a relevant field
• Strong academic background or professional achievements (please specify clearly in your application)
• Experience in consultancy, public sector projects, government relations, or corporate development is a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for building complex spreadsheet models and data analysis
• Solid communication and presentation skills; translate insights into actions
• Ability to manage multiple projects with proactive ownership
• Business acumen and fast learning in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; excellent Turkish writing and grammar

Responsibilities

• Coordinate KPI & targets monitoring system across departments with dashboards and reports
• Lead RPA initiatives by managing relationships with business units, gathering requirements, scheduling and tracking automation
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics and competitor strategies to identify risks and opportunities
• Support strategic and corporate-level projects, including incentive applications and go-to-market plans
• Conduct risk/impact analyses and scenario modeling for projects and operations
• Collect and synthesize internal and external data; build financial and strategic models
• Prepare or edit board presentations, investor decks, policy papers, and meeting minutes
• Ensure multi-directional communication among teams and management
• Outline business terms and clauses for partnership & key account contracts
• Review and interpret legal documents from a business perspective to support the legal team
