Job summary

Avolta is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst based at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. You will support budgeting, IFRS reporting, and KPI development, collaborating with regional finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial insights.

The role requires a university degree in finance or accounting, at least 3 years of audit experience, and fluentEnglish. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office will be an asset.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Minimum of 3 years audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
• Strong financial background and controlling ability.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Budget & Reporting Unit Manager.
• Develop and track KPIs; coordinate with procurement and operations.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and regional stakeholders on IFRS entries and reporting.
• Prepare and review reconciliations related to IFRS adjustments and intercompany balances.
• Review contractual terms for reporting obligations.
• Perform variance analysis across revenues, costs, margins, and cash flow.
• Prepare month-/quarter-/year-end IFRS reporting packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist in annual budgeting and revisions forecasts using reporting tools.
• Consolidate submissions and ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Investigate deviations and provide root-cause analysis and insights.
• Escalate delays or risks to management.
• Support audit deliverables and act as contact for auditors.
