Job summary

Avolta, headquartered in the travel retail sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Specialist to join our Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport operations. You will manage weekly ordering, replenishment parameters, and inventory analysis to support the Distribution Center.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree, speaks English fluently, has 3+ years in supply planning or purchasing, and excels at analytics, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply planning, replenishment or purchasing (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good negotiation and communication skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize and work accurately.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Team-oriented, supportive and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute the weekly ordering cycle and daily replenishment tasks.
• Analyze inventory levels and forecast accuracy to support operations.
• Review and adjust replenishment parameters based on guidelines.
• Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
• Improve and adapt supply chain tools and processes.
