Job summary

CALVIN KLEIN in Istanbul is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales team, ensure a seamless client experience, and manage Back Office, Visual Merchandising, stock and omnichannel activities.

You will set daily customer service goals, train and coach the team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with In-Store Visual for display effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, RFID experience, proficiency in Excel, strong organization, and fluent English and Turkish.

Qualifications

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
Experience with RFID systems.
Proficient use of Excel.
Good organization and collaboration skills and abilities.
Detail oriented and highly organized.
Fluent in English and Turkish.
Any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee store performance and ensure a positive client experience through training and coaching the Sales Team.
Manage Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Omnichannel activities.
Set daily customer service goals to enhance overall experience.
Train and coach the team on standards including customer service, product placement and time management.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on sales data.
Collaborate with In-Store Visual for effective display fittings and report impact on sales.
Support Store Manager in recruitment and staff development.
Coordinate Stock and Back Office teams to ensure optimal stock provision and mix.
