Responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team to achieve KPI targets.
• Set and monitor daily/weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to the management team.
• Assist with stock management, payroll, admin and rota.
• Deliver 1-2-1 service to customers and ensure best customer journey.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training.
