Job summary

Golden Goose Group is seeking a Stock Keeper to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted stock to support sales plans. You will manage goods receipt, restocking, and warehouse reordering within a luxury retail environment, while upholding GDPR and safety standards.

In this role, you will coordinate with sales teams, oversee weekly arrivals, assist with packaging for shipments and returns, and keep precise stock records.

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome to clients, making everyone feel part of Global Golden Community.

• Explain GG iconic products and projects to clients with enthusiasm.
• Contribute to store presentation and maintain visual displays and brand standards.
• Support store procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, GDPR compliance and health & safety.
• Utilize IT tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

MISSION

The Stock Keeper is responsible for the maintenance of an optimal level of inventory, ensuring a continuous supply to meet the sales plan and achieve sales objectives, monitoring inventory levels and making necessary adjustments. The Stock Keeper takes care of goods receipt, restocking and warehouse reordering in an environment of retail excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer a warm welcome to the clients, making everyone feel part of Global Golden Community.
• Overseeing weekly arrivals of merchandise, managing the packaging of items for customer shipments and returns, conducting regular stock checks, and overseeing monthly sample inventory checks and overall inventory management.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to creating a positive work environment, and fostering collaboration based on communication and information sharing.
• Collaborate with the team in sales, pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and, in general, in all activities relating to the store
• Passionately convey the brand’s vision and heritage to clients, representing its values authentically.
• Gain a deep understanding of GG iconic products/elements and share the company’s visions and projects to clients with passion
• Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand's image and standards.
• Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards
• Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Turkish and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
