Job summary

Köksal & Partners Attorney Partnership in Istanbul's Ataşehir office is seeking a trainee lawyer to join the Litigation and Legal Advisory Department. The role offers exposure to ongoing disputes and advisory work, with mentoring from senior lawyers and opportunities to participate in court procedures.

You will support case management, conduct legal research, and help prepare petitions and other documents, while developing professional practice in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Faculty of Law.
• Passed HMGS Entrance Examination for Legal Professions.
• Commenced mandatory legal traineeship.
• Interested in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Able to assist with case management and legal documents.
• Willing to handle in-person procedures before courthouses and notaries.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented; able to work in a team.
• Proficient in computer use; familiar with Google Workspace and Apple apps.
• Residing in Istanbul with ability to commute to Ataşehir.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working effectively as part of a team,
• Proficient in computer use,
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Apple applications,
• Residing in Istanbul and able to commute regularly to our office in Ataşehir.
