Job summary

LBF Partners is seeking an Associate to join our Corporate & M&A team in Istanbul. You will work on transactional matters, conducting due diligence, drafting agreements, and coordinating with clients and counsel.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Corporate & M&A experience, is fluent in Turkish and English, and demonstrates strong analytical, research, and time-management skills, with a professional approach and team spirit.

Qualifications

Qualifications

We are looking for attorneys at law who have at least three (3) years of legal practice experience in Corporate & M&A and possess the following qualifications:

• A strong academic background with a degree from a reputable law school,
• Fluent in both Turkish and English at a professional working level (Candidates who have scored at least 7.0 on the IELTS or 100 on the TOEFL and hold diplomas or certificates demonstrating proficiency in legal English will be given priority),
• Highly competent in managing a heavy workload of complex legal matters simultaneously, with strong time management skills,
• Strong analytical thinking with solid research, reasoning, analysis, and reporting abilities,
• Solution-oriented, with strong follow-up skills,
• A team player with “can-do” attitude and the ability to proactively identify problems, drive projects, and execute pragmatic/creative legal and business solutions on a timely basis,
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
